Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll fall in love with your new handmade gemstone jewellery! But if for whatever reason you need to make a return or exchange we're here to help.
If you'd like to make a return please use our returns portal to make a return request. You'll just need your email address and order number.
Return policy
If you change your mind we accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:
- Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
- Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
- Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
- All sale items and gift cards are final and are exempt from being returned
For change of mind returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and buy now pay later (Afterpay, Zip, Sezzle, Klarna etc) merchant fees are non-refundable.
We have a return addresses in Australia, US & UK. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please return your item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your tracking states the parcel has been delivered to our mailbox, please allow up to 5 business days from us receiving your parcel to inspect and process your return.
